Collection Instructions

After booking your Holland Pass, please follow 2 easy steps:

1. Print your Holland Pass voucher
2. Take your Holland Pass voucher with you and redeem your voucher at one of the redemption locations.
Note: Without your Holland Pass voucher you are unable to collect your order at the pick-up location.

In case you have not received your Holland Pass voucher after completing your order, it is possible that your Holland Pass voucher appears in your SPAM email!
