Instructions: E-ticket one-way Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station. 

After a (long) travel you just want to check-in your hotel as fast as possible. Holland Pass, in cooperation with NS (Dutch Railway), offers you a fast and comfortable way of traveling to the city center of Amsterdam for only €4,-. 

How do I redeem my e-ticket?
You will find the instructions how to redeem your e-ticket below. Please read the instructions carefully. Keep in mind that it is NOT possible to change the name or the travel date after the tickets are redeemed. 

  • Open your Holland Pass voucher (e-mail) and click on link(s).
  • Click on "Redeem" 
  • Check the departure station (Schiphol) and destination station (Amsterdam Central).
  • Fill in your travel date "Travel date" (the train ticket can't be booked longer than one month ahead)
  • Enter your Initials "Initials" and your surname "Surname" (the e-ticket is non-transferable)
  • Enter your date of birth "Date of birth. Please note! First day ”dd”, then month ”mm” and year “jjjj”.
  • Fill in your email address and click on "Order" to add this product to your cart
  • Check the overview (Are you sure this is the right travel date and correct personal details? This is the last chance to change anything) and click on "Continue your order"
  • Enter your E-mail address twice to confirm your e-ticket and accept the terms & condition and click on "Continue order" 
  • Go to your personal page "Go to personal page" or e-mail inbox to print your e-ticket. 

IMPORTANT: We advise redeeming the e-ticket no more than 1 day prior to use, as the ticket is for personal use only. Once the ticket has been redeemed,
it is NOT possible to change the name or the travel date.

NOTE: the e-ticket is non-transferable. Enter the personal details of the person who is traveling with this e-ticket. The details on the e-ticket must correspond with the identification card.
